Step 1:

During our personal consultation we shall advise you about the diagnostic tests and check-ups that you need. We shall then advice you on the organisational and administrative procedures (Hotel, Interpreter, Visa application etc.).

Step 2:

In accordance with our discussion and the data provided, we shall work out a treatment plan in consultation with our specialists and provide you a quotation. You will receive these documents shortly.

The quotation is based on:

  • The treatment plan worked out
    The scale of medical fees (GOÄ)
  • Use of non-medical services of radprax (Interpreter, Transfers etc).

Step 3:

If you are happy with our offer and would like to undergo a preventive check-up or a diagnostic investigation (according our treatment plan), we can schedule your appointments after discussing with you.
To schedule appointments we need a copy of your passport in order to enter your correct personal details.

Step 4:

If you need an official invitation from radprax for the Embassy in order to receive a Visa, the amount stated in the quotation has to be paid in advance. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer or by credit card. As soon as we receive the confirmation of your payment, we shall send out an official invitation, which you can present to the German Embassy in your home country when applying for your visa. Further information is available on the official websites of the relevant Embassy.


Step 5:

While you make preparations for your journey, we shall organize all the medical and non-medical services stated in the quotation for which payment is received.


Step 6:

Needless to say, we are always available for any questions and doubts that you have during your stay. Should it become necessary to perform any unexpected investigations that have not been stated in the original treatment plan, we shall discuss the additional costs and measures in detail with you. In the event that the final invoice amount is lower than that stated in the quotation, we shall promptly transfer the remaining amount back to your account.
